Erich Nepembe, a highly qualified geoscientist and co-founder of Serco Geoprob Pty Ltd, holds an MSc. in Petroleum Geoscience from the University of Namibia and is pursuing a Ph.D. in petroleum geoscience at the University of Manchester. Renowned for his expertise in geophysical interpretation, basin analysis, petroleum system modeling, and subsurface analysis, Mr. Nepembe contributes significantly to scientific research and energy projects in Southern Africa, currently serving as a senior geoscientist at the National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (NAMCOR) and as a business director at Serco Geoprob Pty Ltd, where he oversees administrative, financial, and business development aspects.
Collen-Issia Uahengo, a distinguished geoscientist and co-founding director of SERCO Geoprob Pty Ltd, is a visionary leader in Earth Sciences. With a Ph.D. in Stratigraphy and Paleontology, he passionately explores Earth's history and the evolution of life, providing crucial insights for mineral resource formation. Holding two Master's degrees, one in Economic Evaluation of Mining Projects and another in Petroleum Geosciences. Dr. Uahengo showcases expertise in economic assessment and subsurface exploration. As a senior geoscientist in the Geoscience Council of Namibia, he shapes geoscientific practices and policies, contributing significantly to the sector's development. With over 15 years of experience spanning mining, education, and research, Collen-Issia bridges the gap between academia and industry at SERCO Geoprob Pty Ltd as a Technical Director, inspiring advancements in geoscientific exploration.
Sem Iyambo, co-founder and current Operation Director of Serco Geoprob Pty Ltd, brings over a decade of diverse experience from roles including Hydrographic Surveyor at Debmarine Namibia and Fugro Survey Africa, with expertise in positioning, navigation, geophysical and hydrographic surveys, and construction support. With academic qualifications including a Diploma in Surveying, BSc. Honors in GIS, and a Master's in Industrial Engineering specializing in Data Science. Sem's commitment to excellence in hydrospatial and data science domains, alongside his IMCA certification as an ROV Pilot Technician, positions him as a valuable asset and innovative leader at Serco Geoprob Pty Ltd.
